Hi, I’m Jason Pysell, and I’m passionate about connecting outstanding talent with exceptional companies. As the Founder of SPYN Consulting, my goal is to serve as a “Recruiting Concierge,” delivering expertise in recruiting strategies, process optimization, and cutting-edge technology to help clients achieve their hiring goals.
In recent years, I co-founded Spyndle Global, an executive search firm specializing in luxury hospitality, working with boutique hotels and resorts worldwide. Previously, I led recruiting operations at Oracle, focusing on global process enhancement and technological solutions. My career foundation was built with valuable experiences at Amazon, AgileOne, Lucasfilm, and Hewitt Associates, where I honed my skills in business process implementation, recruiting, project management, and leadership.
As a proud veteran of the prestigious 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment ("The Old Guard"), I bring discipline and dedication to my work. Outside of my career, I enjoy time with my wonderful wife, three amazing children, and our crazy Great Dane.
